Herbaceous Beef Kebabs | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free

Ingredients
- 1 lb (454g) lean ground beef (or can mix with pork and lamb)
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp (2ml) ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp (2ml) sea salt
Directions
- In a food processor, pulse together the onion, parsley, cilantro and garlic. Transfer to a bowl. Add the ground meat, cumin and salt. Mix until combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into an oblong shape about 1-inch in thickness. You can form them on a wooden skewer or without.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on your preferred level of doneness or bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
- Serve meat kebabs with tzaziki, hummus, lemon rice or salad.
