Lemon Garlic Tahini Dressing | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60ml) tahini (look for sprouted sesame butter if possible)
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and sliced
- 3 tbsp (45ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh-pressed extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp (1ml) sea salt
- 2-3 tbsp (30-45ml) cold water
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Pour over your favorite bowl of salad greens or roasted vegetable medley, or use in wraps and sandwiches! Dressing will keep in the fridge for 5 days.
