TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1/4 cup (60 ml) pumpkin puree

1/2 frozen ripe banana

2 tsp (10 ml) blackstrap molasses

1 scoop (13 g) Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides

1/4 tsp (2 ml) pumpkin spice powder

1/2 cup (125 ml) non-dairy milk of choice if Paleo or Paleo AIP (organic, grass-fed, sheep, goat, camel, or cow milk could also be used if tolerated)

Directions

1) In a high powered blender, combine all the ingredients together. Blend on high for 1 minute until the texture reaches a smooth consistency.
