Our Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice comes together in just 5 minutes and packs all the flavor of the original rice version, but without the high carbohydrates and grains.
This bright and flavorful side dish is paleo-friendly, keto-friendly, and grain- and gluten-free.
We love pairing it with our favorite wild-caught fish, but any organic source of protein alongside this craveable “cauli-rice” would make it a well-rounded meal.

Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice | BoneCoach™ Recipes
TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
1 tsp (5ml) fresh pressed extra virgin olive oil or ghee
2 cups (500ml) riced cauliflower (fresh / frozen)
1/2 tsp (2ml) garlic powder
1/4 tsp (1ml) sea salt
1 tbsp (15ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup (62ml) cilantro, finely chopped
1) Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil, cauliflower, garlic powder and salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until warmed through.
2) Stir in the lime juice and cilantro and enjoy immediately.
