Ingredients

1/4 cup (60ml) frozen, chopped, blanched kale (lacinato)

1/4 cup (60ml) frozen zucchini slices

2-3 drops monkfruit sweetener

1/4 cup (60ml) ice cubes

1-2 scoops (13-26g) Healthy Bones Co. collagen peptides

1/2 tsp (1ml) organic ceremonial grade matcha powder

2/3 cup (160ml) fortified non-dairy milk

Directions

Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
