Sautéed Button Mushrooms | Gluten-Free | BoneCoach™ Recipes

SERVES: 2

TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 tbsp (15ml) ghee or fresh-pressed extra virgin olive oil

225g (8oz) button mushrooms

1 shallot, finely diced

1/4 tsp (1ml) sea salt

1 clove garlic, finely minced

2 tsp (10ml) fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)

Directions

1) Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot add in the ghee, mushrooms and shallot. Sauté for 2 minutes, then add in the salt. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring often.

2) Add in the garlic and thyme, and continue cooking for another minute until garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat and enjoy immediately!
