Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs | Gluten-Free | BoneCoach™ Recipes

COOKING TIME: 5 minutes

Ingredients

3 large eggs

1 oz (30g) wild smoked salmon, roughly chopped

2 tsp (10ml) grass-fed butter or ghee

3 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

Directions

) Lightly beat eggs in a small bowl until combined. Stir in smoked salmon.

2) Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter and then the egg mixture.

3) Cook the eggs, stirring often, until scrambled, about 2 minutes. Stir in the basil and serve immediately.
