Since learning that she was one of the 80% of adults who suffered from Adrenal Fatigue, Dr. Pingel has passionately educated about the impact stress has on adrenals. She has helped thousands fix their adrenals, which results in the reversal of many other health symptoms, including perimenopause. It is her greatest joy to guide people to return to their happy, vibrant and energetic selves.
